We are actively seeking experienced farmers who would like to expand their business - or start their business.

We are partnering with Headwaters Incubator Farm and Rogue Farm Corps. Relying on their expertise for guidance.

We are seeking two or three anchor tenants who are very experienced and can 

help with the logistics.

90 acres is a lot of land!

We are starting with 30 acres adjacent to Lusted Road. Plots can be as small as 

.25 acres and as much as 10 acres.

There is a four bedroom 2 bath 1920ish farm house.  We are seeking an anchor tenant who is interested in community (shared) living.
